Publication Schedule

AL MANAR: Jurnal Komunikasi dan Pendidikan Islam is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by STAI Masjid Syuhada Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The journal publishes scholarly contributions in the fields of communication and Islamic education, including relevant theoretical, empirical, and interdisciplinary studies.

Publication Frequency

AL MANAR publishes two regular issues annually according to the following schedule:

The journal follows a biannual publication schedule to ensure the regular dissemination of scholarly contributions in communication and Islamic education.

Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal's official Online Journal System (OJS).

All submissions undergo initial editorial screening to assess their suitability, originality, scholarly quality, and compliance with the journal's author guidelines. Manuscripts that meet the initial requirements may proceed to external peer review in accordance with the journal's established review procedures.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication in a particular issue.

Editorial and Publication Process

The time required for manuscript evaluation varies depending on the suitability of the submission, the availability of qualified reviewers, the extent of revisions required, and the completion of editorial and production procedures.

Accepted manuscripts are scheduled for publication according to the journal's regular publication calendar, editorial planning, and production readiness. Acceptance alone does not guarantee publication in the next scheduled issue.

Publication Transparency

The official publication date of each issue and its articles is recorded on the journal's website. The journal maintains an online archive to provide access to previously published issues and support the continuing accessibility of its scholarly publications.
