Abstract :Arabic language learning at the elementary school level often faces challenges related to student engagement and vocabulary acquisition. The lack of interactive and enjoyable learning methods is one of the factors contributing to low learning motivation. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using the charades game method in improving students’ ability to understand Arabic vocabulary. The main problem addressed in this research is how the charades game influences vocabulary comprehension, learning motivation, and classroom interaction. This study employs a qualitative approach with a direct experimental method. The researcher actively participated in designing and implementing the teaching method, as well as observing the responses of sixth-grade students at Miftahul Ulum Elementary School. The results showed that the charades game method significantly enhanced students' vocabulary comprehension, fostered learning enthusiasm, and created a more interactive and enjoyable classroom environment. Therefore, the charades game can be considered an effective alternative method for teaching Arabic vocabulary at the elementary level.
