Pengaruh Pemberian Insentif, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Guru dan Karyawan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pemberian insentif, motivasi, disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan kinerja guru dan karyawan di Madrasah Aliyah Al Mukarrom Kauman Sumoroto Ponorogo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan Madrasah Aliyah Al Mukarrom Kauman Sumoroto Ponorogo yang dipilih secara acak. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS untuk menguji secara parsial dan simultan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independent berpengaaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel dependent, namun dari keempat variabel independent yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja guru dan karyawan adalah kedisiplinan.
