The religious moderation workshop is one of the strategies developed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs to strengthen tolerance, national commitment, anti-violence, and respect for diversity in the madrasah environment. The effectiveness of the workshop implementation needs to be evaluated comprehensively to determine the extent to which the program is able to produce changes in participants. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the religious moderation workshop at MTsN Bulukumba using the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model which includes two levels: behavior and results. The study used a qualitative evaluative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observations of workshop participants. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions based on indicators at each Kirkpatrick evaluation level. The results show that at the behavior level, participants began to implement the values ??of moderation in the work environment through an attitude of mutual respect for differences of opinion, avoiding sensitive conversations, and preventing bullying practices. Meanwhile, at the results level, the workshop had a positive impact on the organizational culture of the madrasah in the form of increased respect for differences in educational, cultural, and social backgrounds, as well as the formation of more harmonious relationships with the community through strengthening tolerance. The religious moderation workshop at MTsN Bulukumba was deemed effective in increasing knowledge, changing behavior, and positively impacting the madrasah environment. This study recommends that training evaluation using the Kirkpatrick Model be implemented continuously to ensure the effectiveness of the program to strengthen religious moderation in madrasas
