This study aims to analyze the equity of Islamic education through a comparative study between Pakistan and Indonesia. The main issue discussed is the inequality of access and quality of Islamic education influenced by socio-economic conditions, geographical limitations, and education policies in each country. This study employed a qualitative comparative method using secondary data obtained from academic journals, government policy documents, and reports from international institutions. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis to compare patterns of access, quality, and policy implementation in both countries. The findings indicate that socio-economic disparities, geographical constraints, and unequal access to technology are the main factors hindering the equitable distribution of Islamic education, particularly in rural areas. Indonesia shows relatively better policy integration, while Pakistan continues to experience fragmentation within its education system. This study highlights the importance of context-based education policies to improve equity and quality in Islamic education
