Program Ekstrakurikuler Jum’at Bertasbih dalam Pembentukan Karakter Religius Siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Simpang Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan: dalam Tinjauan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam

Abstract

This study aims to examine aspects of program planning, implementation, evaluation, supporting and inhibiting factors, and their impact on the formation of students' religious character.This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study at Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Simpang, South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Data sources were obtained from the principal, supervising teacher, teachers, administrative staff, and several students at Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Simpang. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. data analysis techniques in this study are the stages of collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that in the planning aspect, the Jum'at Bertasbih program was structured by the head of the madrasa together with the supervising teacher and several other teaching staff, which included the preparation of an activity schedule, event design, and formulation of the main objective, namely the formation of students' religious character. In its implementation, this activity is carried out routinely every Friday morning through a series of activities such as reading Surah Yasin, dhikr, prayer together, and the delivery of a kultum which involves active participation from students. Meanwhile, in the evaluation stage, the program is periodically reviewed by the supervisor and the head of madrasah to evaluate the achievement, discipline of the participants, and the overall effectiveness of the implementation of the activities.
