Epistemologi Evaluasi dalam Manajemen Pendidikan Islam di Era Digital

Abstract: The study of ontology and epistemology will determine the direction of evaluation implementation in Islamic educational management. These two aspects are inseparable in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of evaluation. The essence of evaluation in Islamic educational management lies in controlling educational management processes in accordance with Islamic values and principles. The method used is a literature review complemented by interviews with the Ministry of Religious Affairs to gain confirmation and new perspectives. With the foundation of the Qur'an, Hadith, ijma’, qiyas, qoul sahabat, Muslim scholars, urf, and intuition, the evaluation process must ensure that Islamic educational management remains aligned with religious teachings. The Ministry of Religious Affairs, as the state-appointed official institution, needs to carry out digital evaluations of Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. The command of muhasabah emphasizes the importance of regular internal audits. The results of these audits should be stored digitally to facilitate both the Ministry of Religious Affairs as the evaluator and all Islamic educational institutions as the evaluated parties. Digital evaluation archives will serve as crucial evidence in budget usage reporting, as even a single rupiah demands clear accountability.
