Abstract: Education plays a key role in shaping a strong generation, especially in today’s VUCA world and the fragility of Generation Z. Effective education is tied to effective psychological communication. Michael Hart, in “The 100 Most Influential People in History”, placed Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) at the top. This study aims to describe the Prophet’s communication psychology techniques and their relevance to modern psychological communication, using a qualitative descriptive method through discourse analysis. Based on observations from the Qur'an, Hadith, and supporting literature, the Prophet’s approach included: (1) love and gentleness (Attachment, Social Exchange, Affective Exchange, Relational & Interpersonal Communication theories), (2) role-modeling (Social Learning Theory), (3) praise and positive reinforcement, (4) respect and active listening (Humanistic Theory), (5) trust and responsibility (Psychosocial Theory), (6) prayer for spiritual support (Spiritual Psychology), (7) early religious value training for discipline (Operant Conditioning), and (8) teaching knowledge-seeking, hard work, and independence (Achievement Motivation Theory). These elements reflect how the Prophet combined love, empathy, discipline, and motivation principles that align strongly with modern communication psychology and help shape confident, emotionally stable, and morally grounded individuals.
