Living Qur’an: Komunikasi Kepemimpinan Ulama Perempuan di Organisasi Nahdlatul Wathan Perspektif Pendidikan Islam

Abstract: This research explores the concept of living qur'an and its application in the context of leadership communication by female ulama in Nahdlatul Wathan organization. Within the framework of the concept of living qur'an, this research aims to understand how women ulama in Nahdlatul Wathan integrate the teachings of al-qur'an in their leadership practices, especially in the aspect of communication. This research method uses library research by involving the analysis of Qur'anic verses relevant to leadership communication practices. The research findings show that women scholars in the Nahdlatul Wathan organization use a contextual interpretation approach of the Qur'an to formulate leadership views and practices that are relevant to the demands of the times. They relate Qur'anic teachings to issues of leadership and communication in modern organizations, such as justice, equality, and deliberation. Women clerics also develop effective communication to guide and motivate members by adhering to Islamic moral and ethical values contained in the Qur'an.
