Optimalisasi Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi dengan Analisis Kebutuhan Belajar Peserta didik Mata Pelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti di SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo

Abstract: This research is about the role of differentiated learning in addressing the challenges of heterogeneity in learners' abilities, interests and learning styles that are often overlooked in conventional learning models. Differentiated learning has the potential to create a more inclusive and effective learning environment, where every learner can reach their maximum potential. This research aims to answer how the analysis of learners' learning needs can optimize the differentiated learning process in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and Budi Pekerti. So that the research raised is how the application of differentiated learning by analyzing learning needs can increase the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process and the activeness of students in PAI and ethics subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo? To answer these problems, the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques through classroom observation, interviews and document analysis using thematic approach. The results show that the application of differentiated learning based on the analysis of students' learning needs is able to increase students' activeness and understanding through a learning style approach that is in accordance with the individual characteristics of students. This thesis statement is the same as Widyawati, Nurlatifah and Munandar, but contradicts Suwandi and Rahmawati.
